The engineering question

A storage-device analysis needed to represent enclosure geometry, PCB conduction and non-uniform chip power.

The approach

The example combined STEP geometry, ODB++ board data and a power map. Engineers controlled the mesh and reviewed temperatures, flow patterns and monitored components.

What the source reports

The article reports a customer comparison with another solver and temperatures within the model’s design limits. It does not identify the customer or establish a universal accuracy bound.
