Thin television designs must balance heat, deformation and robustness during transport. Repeated physical prototypes can slow those decisions.

The approach

SimWE describes a Simdroid workflow covering thermal, deformation, vibration and drop scenarios. Simdroid-EC was used for television cooling analysis and comparison with tests.

What the source reports

The source reports improved access to simulation for the design team and fewer prototype iterations. The collaboration combined analysis workflows with technical support for the engineering team.
